Refund policy

All original artwork sales are final.


Each piece is carefully packaged and fully insured for its retail value.


In the rare event that artwork arrives damaged during transit, the buyer must:


• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged artwork

• Retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection


Damage claims will be filed with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the carrier claim has been approved and compensation has been received.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We are not responsible for damage reported after 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion prior to shipment.
